The Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County (HCAAC) on behalf of Whitaker Homes LLP, newly formed entity, hereby solicits proposals from cost certification review and submission the upcoming Freetown Village Project, RFP attached contains submission requirements, scope of service, period of services, terms and conditions and other pertinent information for submitting a proper and responsive submittal. RFP posted on 02.08.2018 can be downloaded from HCAAC website .Prospective Respondents desiring any explanation or interpretation of this solicitation must make the request in writing no later than 12:00 p.m on March 2nd, 2018. Public Notice — Award of Project-Based Vouchers

The Baltimore Regional Project-Based Voucher Program, which includes HCAAC as a partner agency, has made the following awards of project-based vouchers:
  • Fifteen (15) to Volleyball House Apartments, LLLP for Riverwatch II in Elkridge
  • Six (6) to Towne Courts LLC in Annapolis.

Request for Proposals for Regional Project-Based Voucher Program

HCAAC is a partner with the Baltimore Metropolitan Council (BMC) and others in the Baltimore Regional Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Program. On behalf of the partners, BMC is seeking qualified and experienced developers to apply for affordable housing subsidies for either new construction or substantial rehabilitation of an existing property.

Proposals will be considered on a rolling basis in the order they are received. The RFP will be open until Friday, September 15, 2017 or until all 84 available vouchers have been awarded, whichever comes first. The RFP applies to multifamily developments and scattered site developments.

BMC will host a pre-proposal conference for interested developers on Thursday, June 15, 2016 at 9:30 a.m.
