***The Commissioners will also have a closed session to discuss with litigation counsel the status of cases currently pending against the agency and to review the process by which that status has been reported in the past and should be reported in the future. Because of the attorney client nature of the communications, this matter will be closed to the public and all but essential staff. The Commissioners may also discuss during their close session any matters related to the Chief Executive Officer including his annual evaluation and terms of his employment contract with the agency, which due to the personal nature of the employment are confidential.
