Activities and Programs

Oakleaf Villas assisted housing units are tailor made for working couples, families and students whose income meets state guidelines, and are comfortably housed in a two-bedroom apartment.

Residents of Oakleaf Villas will find an active community/owners association. Residents are also required, as part of their lease agreement, to fulfill a community service program within their community or at the adjacent Burwood Gardens. This program will require families to assist with grounds, maintenance, community events, assisting the residents at Burwood Gardens and other tasks.
