 06/25/2008 NOTICE TO LANDLORDSOver the past several months we have made you aware that effective July 1, 2008 HCAAC would no longer issue checks for subsidy payments for your clients. If you have not provided the required bank information to us, you need to do so immediately to facilitate the release of your payments. Please contact our Finance Department at 410-222-6200 Ext. 115 with the requested information.06/24/2008 AGENCY PLAN 2008The Public Hearing for the Annual Update of the Agency Plan was held on March 20, 2008 at 8:30 AM. There were no attendees and no comments issued regarding the plan. The plan has been approved by HUD and many of the changes will become effective on July 1, 2008.03/26/2008 UPCS INSPECTIONSThank you to all residents and staff! The inspection of all units, systems, buildings and common areas was completed on March 26. The inspections went extremely well, and we commend our residents on the upkeep and maintenance of their units. The scores were excellent! We appreciated your cooperation during the inspection period and thank you for being our partner! |
